If you’ve been thinking about adding storage, this is one of those deals that’s worth acting on for a second reason beyond the discount. The WD Black SN7100 1TB Gen4 x4 NVMe SSD is $119.99, down from $264.99, saving you $145 (about 55% off). The timing angle matters too: there’s growing chatter that storage pricing could get less friendly in 2026 as supply tightens and more capacity gets pulled toward AI data center needs. In plain English, if you already know you’ll need more storage for games, creative work, or a new build, grabbing it on a deep discount now…
CES always brings a flood of futuristic tech, and this year, robot butlers are stealing the spotlight. LG has already teased its CLOiD robot, and SwitchBot is joining the fray with its first humanoid robot built to handle household chores. SwitchBot says the onero H1 is a completely automatic and collaborative robot that can help users with a wide range of domestic tasks. The robot features two fully articulating arms with 22 degrees of freedom, giving it near-human dexterity. The onero H1 scans its surroundings using multiple Intel RealSense cameras in its head, arms, hands, and abdomen, and processes the…
Of all of the games that launched in 2019, Code Vein was certainly one of them. It received a mostly tepid reaction (including a 6.5/10 review score from us), so I don’t think many will mind that Code Vein II offers a clean slate. It features a standalone story largely disconnected from the events of the original while introducing new gameplay mechanics designed to soften the Soulslike genre’s inherent difficulty. After playing a few hours of the game during a recent event, I’m still not sure if Code Vein II will catapult the series into the highest echelon of Soulslikes.…
When Flappy Bird was pulled from app stores back in 2014, both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store were quickly flooded with clones mimicking its gameplay and art style. Even though the game made an official comeback last year, developers haven’t given up on releasing their own takes on the classic. The latest one, called Foldy Bird, adds a unique twist that might just end up breaking your phone. Foldy Bird is a browser-based Flappy Bird remake designed specifically for foldable phones. The game turns the device’s hinge into a controller, requiring players to physically fold and unfold…
RayNeo is bringing a familiar smartphone idea to a new form factor. At CES 2026 in Las Vegas, it’s showcasing the RayNeo X3 Pro Project eSIM, a consumer AR glasses concept that adds in an eSIM with 4G connectivity. The pitch is that standalone AR glasses shouldn’t need a phone nearby to do basic connected tasks. RayNeo says the frames combine a display, a camera, and cellular networking so you can make calls and keep data active during activities like running or driving, without carrying your handset. Definitely a must-have for next year’s holiday lists. Built in cellular is the…
Every year, plenty of people promise themselves they’ll eat better and stay active, only to fall off the wagon a few weeks in. To help users stick with their fitness goals for longer, Apple is rolling out a fresh lineup of Apple Fitness+ content designed to make staying consistent a little easier. Starting today, Apple Fitness+ subscribers get access to three new multi-week workout plans designed around different workout types, including strength training, HIIT, and yoga. The “Make Your Fitness Comeback” program focuses on all three and offers a four-week plan featuring three 10-minute workouts per week for each type.…
I have lost count of the number of times that my laptop died in the middle of work. On a few occasions, I simply missed the low battery alert. There have been instances where I saw the alert, and then forgot to plug in the charging cable. In the most recent fiasco, I was working on a 7% battery level while nestled comfortably on a bean bag, and I thought I would just finish the current task and run to get the power bank. I overestimated the pace of my work, and my MacBook Air died in the middle of…
If you’re ever short of a tennis partner to knock a ball with, UBTECH Robotics’ Walker S2 humanoid robot could change everything. A new video released by the Chinese tech company shows the Walker S2 humanoid robot wielding a tennis racket pretty much like a pro, moving around the court and hitting shots apparently with great skill and precision. The footage plays at normal speed, and while it’s heavily edited, it does show the robot playing the ball back to its human opponent on the other side of the court in an impressive display of technological smarts. Playing tennis is…
Less than a week ago, LG introduced the Gallery TV, a new line-up of minimalist art-inspired TVs that take on the Samsung Frame TV lineup. Today, LG has lifted the covers from its most ambitious TV product yet, the Wallpaper TV, reviving a formula that first landed in 2017. A charming return At CES 2026, the company is showcasing the LG OLED evo W6 as the reincarnation of its Wallpaper Design TV, and it’s plain gorgeous. The thickness of this TV, which is mounted on a glass canvas, stands at roughly 9 millimeters across. LG says achieving the new look…
Samsung is expanding its Micro RGB TV lineup with a new model, which the company claims to be the world’s first 130-inch TV of its kind. Back in December, the company revealed 55-inch, 65-inch, 75-inch, 85-inch, 100-inch, and 115-inch variants. At CES 2026, the flagship 130-inch model is making an appearance with a fresh design. It looks stunning The biggest draw of the new model, apart from its next-gen display architecture, is the minimalist design. Samsung refers to it as the Timeless Frame, a design language that was first introduced back in 2013. The key theme here is that instead…
