Vivo Y400 Pro 5G has been launched in India. It features a 5,500mAh battery with 90W fast charging support amd a dual rear camera unit, headed by a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 primary sensor. The handset is equipped with a 4nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM. It measures 7.49mm in thickness and is claimed to be the slimmest smartphone in the segment with a 3D curved display. The Vivo Y400 Pro is equipped with several AI-backed features, including support for Google’s Circle-to-Search.

Vivo Y400 Pro 5G Price in India, Availability

Vivo Y400 Pro 5G’s price in India starts at Rs. 24,999 for the 8GB + 128GB option, while the 8GB + 256GB variant costs Rs. 26,999. It is offered in Freestyle White, Fest Gold, and Nebula Purple colour options. The phone is currently available for pre-order on the Vivo India website and will be available for purchase via the official website, Flipkart, Amazon, and select retail stores starting June 27.

Vivo Y400 Pro 5G Specifications, Features

The Vivo Y400 Pro 5G sports a 6.77-inch full-HD+ 3D curved AMOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, up to 4,500 nits peak brightness level, and up to 300Hz touch sampling rate. The phone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 onboard storage. It ships with Android 15-based FuntouchOS 15.

In the camera department, the Vivo Y400 Pro 5G has a dual rear camera unit, including a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 primary sensor with an f/1.79 aperture, and a 2-megapixel sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. For selfies and video calls, the handset has a 32-megapixel sensor with an f/2.45 aperture. Both front and rear cameras support 4K video recording.

The Vivo Y400 Pro 5G offers AI-based imaging features like AI Photo Enhance and AI Erase 2.0. It comes with several productivity features like AI Note Assist, AI Transcript Assist, AI Screen Translation, and AI Superlink as well. The phone also supports Google’s Circle to Search feature.

Vivo has offered a 5,500mAh battery in the Y400 Pro 5G with support for 90W wired fast charging. Connectivity options include dual nano SIM, 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, OTG and a USB Type-C port. The handset has an IP65-rated dust and water-resistant build. The Nebula Purple variant measures 163.72×75.00×7.49mm in size and weighs about 182g. Meanwhile, the Fest Gold and Freestyle White options have 7.72mm and 7.74mm profiles, respectively.
