The Blood of Dawnwalker, which recently appeared on the cover of Game Informer magazine, received a new trailer during Summer Game Fest and its biggest surprise was that it showed some modern day elements.
Up to this point, the game has firmly taken place in the past (or a fictional alternate history with vampires), but the newest trailer opens with a delivery man entering a contemporary building to deliver a package and the recipient is Coen.
The YouTube description for the trailer reads, “Coen’s story will continue – spanning centuries and carrying him to various corners of the world, far beyond Vale Sangora. New adventures, new powers, new dilemmas. And dark, ancient secrets waiting to be uncovered.” The implication being that developer Rebel Wolves and publisher Bandai Namco have grand plans for the new franchise.
