After weeks of leaks and teasers, Samsung has officially confirmed the launch date for its next generation of Galaxy A-series smartphones. The Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 will make their official debut on March 25th, 2026, in India at 5:30 PM IST.

That’s roughly 8 AM ET / 5 AM PT for those watching globally. While Samsung hasn’t explicitly mentioned the devices in its teasers, every detail in the teaser points to the upcoming mid-range duo.

What to expect

While the full specs and features will be revealed at launch, earlier leaks have already revealed plenty of details of what’s coming. Both phones are expected to feature a tall 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a sizeable 5,000mAh battery pack, 45W wired fast charging support, and Android 16 OS based One UI 8.5 out of the box.

The Galaxy A57 is the more expensive model, and is expected to be equipped with the newer Exynos 1680 SoC, while the Galaxy A37 may pack an Exynos 1480 chipset. The camera setups are also expected to stick with a familiar formula, which includes a 50MP main camera, an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a macro shooter. So the latest mid-range models are expected to get an incremental upgrade over the Galaxy A56 and Galaxy A36.

A familiar design

Early leaks have offered us a glimpse of the Galaxy A57 and Galaxy A37, which show that Samsung is sticking with its current A-series design language. So you still get a flat display, a vertically stacked triple camera module, and the Key Island button design.

It’s a safe approach, but one that has worked well for Samsung’s mid-range series over the years.
