The SaaSy People has secured a position in the Financial Times FT 1000: Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies 2026, placing #441 in the respected annual ranking. The company operates as a specialist SaaS consultancy, outsourced BPO provider and Customer Success partner serving clients across the UK and US.
Produced by the Financial Times in partnership with Statista, the FT 1000 measures compound annual revenue growth from 2021 to 2024. Now in its tenth year, the list recognises businesses that have delivered sustained, primarily organic expansion while navigating a challenging economic climate.
The SaaSy People delivers its services through four core divisions: SaaSy Platforms & Technical Services for SaaS implementation, migration and optimisation; SaaSy Customer Support for outsourced BPO operations; SaaSy Retention-as-a-Service for Customer Success outsourcing; and SaaSy Development for onshore bespoke software and custom builds. The business holds advanced partner status with Intercom, monday.com, Zendesk and Vonage, and has recently been awarded Solution Partner of the Year at Intercom’s Global Sales Kickoff and EMEA Partner of the Year by monday.com.
Reece Couchman, CEO and Founder of The SaaSy People said: “Being recognised in the FT 1000 is a reflection of the work our entire team puts in every single day. The late nights, the tricky implementations, the tough client conversations, the thousands of customer interactions handled brilliantly on behalf of our clients – this is the result of all of that. We’re doing big things, and cracking the FT 1000 top 500 is proof that our multi-solution model works.”
The recognition follows a phase of strong commercial momentum, including expansion into enterprise accounts across the UK, US and Europe. A key driver has been the company’s AI-powered solutions practice built around Intercom’s Fin AI agent, supporting organisations investing in advanced customer support automation.
