There are some great action movies on Amazon Prime Video right now, but most of them are on loan from Paramount. Mission: Impossible — Dead Reckoning is a welcome addition to Paramount’s films on Prime Video including Top Gun: Maverick, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, and Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves. But at some point, all of those movies will have to go home to Paramount+.
The rest of Prime Video’s latest action movies include Skyfall, Gladiator, and Face/Off. Of those three, Skyfall has come and gone to Prime Video many times in the past. But since it’s one of the best James Bond movies, it will always have a place on this list when it shows up.
