Pikmin 4, which released in 2023, is getting a Switch 2 edition with an entirely too long name on November 12. The game, Pikmin 4 Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Dandori Academy, brings the game to Switch 2 with some likely technical improvements and the ability to give Oatchi voice commands using the built-in mic.
The Switch 2 of the game will also include Dandori Academy, which is functionally a time trial mode. The unique element is you can practice getting your best times and then take official exams on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to lock in your official scores which can be compared to friends and others online. 72 Dandori stages are planned for the game to be made available over time.
