We first learned about Mina the Hollower, the Game Boy Color-inspired follow-up to Yacht Club Games’ popular Shovel Knight, back in 2022. Now, the studio has finally revealed its release date, and it’s coming this year. More specifically, Mina the Hollower will launch on PC on October 31, AKA Halloween.

Yacht Club revealed this during today’s Summer Game Fest showcase, where it unveiled a world premiere look at Mina the Hollower’s fast-paced, combat-driven gameplay. Alongside the Halloween release date, the team also surprise-launched a limited-time demo that’s available on PC via Steam right now. Plus, the game will be part of Steam Next Fest from Monday, June 9, to Monday, June 16.
